Job summary

Fairview Ag is seeking an versatile Ag Operations Specialist to join our team in the field and shop. You will run modern farm machinery, perform maintenance, and support day-to-day operations to keep our operations running smoothly.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with diesel equipment, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to obtain a Custom Applicator License or CDL if needed. The role offers competitive pay, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical aptitude with diesel or agricultural equipment experience.
• Experience operating heavy agricultural machinery.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle varied tasks.
• Custom applicator license and/or CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-clearance sprayers and other heavy ag equipment.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on farm machinery.
• Handle custom application tasks, mixing and applying products.
• Adapt to shifting priorities between field work and shop tasks.
