Position Title: Advanced Diesel Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Diesel Technician to diagnose, service, and repair agricultural and construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnosing: Identify equipment failures and recommend repairs to ensure reliability.
  • Repairs & Service: Perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs to meet customer needs.
  • Performance Goals: Achieve service efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals.
  • Documentation: Complete work orders and service forms promptly and accurately.
  • Safety & Training: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience as a diesel technician, preferably with agricultural and construction equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle status.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work extended hours when required.
