Hutson, Inc in Paducah, KY is seeking a Full-Time Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on large agricultural equipment. You will participate in ongoing training and work within Hutson’s service model to gain knowledge and experience.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills, proficiency with Service Advisor, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced shop environment. Competitive wage and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using tools and manuals.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in agricultural/turf equipment.
• Valid DOT Medical Card required for road technicians.
• Proficient in Service Advisor and basic computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on large agricultural equipment.
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skill development.
• Keeps current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Keeps work area neat and tidy and completes required reports and forms.
• Accounts for all time and material used on assigned duties.
• Supports management in pursuing company policies and objectives.
