C & B Operations in Chamberlain, SD is seeking a General Laborer to support the Service Department with maintenance and operation of agricultural equipment, delivering excellent customer service. This role involves assisting technicians, handling parts, keeping the shop neat and safe, and performing related duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office and internet apps.
• Ability to follow safety rules and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager and technicians in department operations.
• Cleans, organizes and maintains the shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Assists service technicians as needed, including delivering parts and moving equipment/parts.
• Assists service technicians in repairing and servicing agricultural and outdoor power equipment.
• Maintains a clean work area and follows safety rules to ensure a safe environment.
• Completes required reports and documentation for work assignments.
• Loads and unloads parts and equipment; maintains professional appearance.
• Supports customers in loading/unloading equipment and navigating store areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
