PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Parts Sales Representative at our Sioux Center store in Iowa. You will sell and stock parts, assist service technicians, maintain inventory, and provide excellent customer service to AVE-PLP customers and staff.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of customer service; merchandising and parts sales experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; forklift license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous merchandising and parts sales experience preferred.
• Forklift license preferred or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Sells parts to AVE-PLP customers at the store and at customer locations.
• Maintains a good rapport with AVE-PLP customers and service technicians.
• Maintains inventory control and assists with merchandising displays.
• Records all sales and counter transactions and supports parts management.
• Coordinates with Parts Manager to expedite shortages and on-hand parts.
