We produce certified organic vegetables including Spinach, Lettuce, Kale, Arugula, and Herbs. Based in Goodyear, AZ, we operate across the U.S. and abroad, utilizing innovative farming techniques.
Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable agricultural experience, preferably on a vegetable farm. Responsibilities include operating farm machinery, manual planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance. Work conditions are strenuous, involving manual labor in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
Key responsibilities include:
Must be able to perform manual labor, lift up to 60 pounds, work in extreme temperatures, and endure long periods of standing, bending, and walking. Allergies and weather conditions may affect work ability.
Entry-level, full-time seasonal position. Must be willing to perform manual labor and adhere to safety protocols.
