Job Description and Requirements

Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable agricultural experience, preferably on a vegetable farm. Responsibilities include operating farm machinery, manual planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance. Work conditions are strenuous, involving manual labor in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Operating farm equipment such as tractors and forklifts.
2. Manual planting, cultivating, and harvesting vegetables and herbs.
3. Following safety and sanitation protocols.
4. Performing farm maintenance tasks.
5. Working full season, Monday through Saturday, 8.5 hours per day.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 months of commercial farming experience.
• Experience with crops like Romaine, Kale, Arugula, Spinach, and Herbs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to perform manual labor, lift up to 60 pounds, work in extreme temperatures, and endure long periods of standing, bending, and walking. Allergies and weather conditions may affect work ability.
