Pay Scale & Benefits

Full-Time Technician Pay Scale: $31.78/hr - $51.49/hr, DOE (plus $2.00 differential in the field).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot diesel technology systems including hydraulics, electrical, power trains, etc.
• Work overtime as workload dictates (paid at 1.5x for hours over 8 per day).
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Work independently and in teams.
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with industry standards.
• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Travel to various locations as needed.
