Full-Time Technician Pay Scale

$31.78/hr - $51.49/hr DOE (+$2.00 Differential in the field)

Responsibilities of a Diesel Service Technician

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrains, etc.
• Work overtime as needed (over 8 hours/day paid at 1.5x hourly rate)
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Engage in lifelong learning to stay current with industry standards
• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Travel to other Butler and customer locations
• Other duties as assigned
