Full-Time Technician Pay Scale
$31.78/hr - $51.49/hr DOE (+$2.00 Differential in the field)

Responsibilities of a Diesel Service Technician
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrains, etc.
- Work overtime as needed (over 8 hours/day paid at 1.5x hourly rate)
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Engage in lifelong learning to stay current with industry standards
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Travel to other Butler and customer locations
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in computer technology
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain insurability standards for company vehicle use
- Relevant degree, certification, or experience
- Willingness to acquire trade-specific tools
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Minimum age 21
