Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Ag Diesel Technician / Mechanic in Sheridan, Oregon. The role offers full-time, direct-hire employment with compensation ranging from $20–$45/hour DOE.

The technician will diagnose, service, and repair agricultural equipment and work both in the shop and in the field, using modern diagnostic tools, while maintaining safety and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel repair experience.
• 3+ years mechanical experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Agricultural equipment experience preferred.
• Hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic experience a plus.
• Personal tools/toolbox preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair tractors, combines, balers, swathers, and implements.
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and computerized systems.
• Use modern diagnostic and precision-ag technology.
• Perform both shop and field repairs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
