S&H Farm Supply, Inc. in Lebanon, Missouri is seeking an experienced Ag Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair diesel-powered farm equipment, including tractors.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, perform routine maintenance, and document work while upholding safety standards. The role requires strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, plus the ability to read manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• Experience as a diesel mechanic or related field
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on agricultural equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of moving parts
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on agricultural equipment
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repairs and maintenance needed
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
• Must have previous experience as a diesel mechanic or related fields
• Maintain a strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
