Are you a seasoned ag-chem professional with a deep understanding of crop protection technologies and strong ties to the retail distribution network? Corbet Scientific seeks a driven and knowledgeable sales leader to expand and support our U.S. partner network. This high-impact role is focused on driving adoption of performance-enhancing technologies like our flagship adjuvant, Hydrovant, within the crop protection channel.

What You’ll Do
As our Ag-Chem Sales & Partner Development Manager, you'll build and support a best-in-class ag-chem retailers, distributors, and influencers network. You'll serve as a technical and commercial expert, helping partners understand the value of our differentiated products and ensuring growers see measurable performance in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and develop strategic relationships with ag-chem distributors, crop consultants, and regional retailers.
•Deliver technical product education and positioning to partners and their agronomy teams.
•Drive sell-through by supporting partner sales reps with field support, demos, and agronomic insight.
•Represent Corbet Scientific at trade events, field days, and distributor trainings.
•Gather real-time market feedback to refine messaging, support pricing strategy, and identify opportunities.
•Provide accurate, timely reporting on territory performance and partner engagement.
Who You Are
•10+ years of experience in ag-chem sales, marketing, or technical support—preferably with adjuvants, surfactants, or crop protection products.
•Strong understanding of ag-chem sales cycles, retailer needs, and grower decision-making.
•Existing relationships with ag retailers, distribution networks, and crop consultants.
•Ability to explain the value and mechanism of advanced technologies in a credible, concise way.
•Self-starter with a strategic mindset and comfort working independently in the field.
•Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%) to support partners and customer adoption.
