Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience serving youth and families, especially in education, outreach, and case management.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to work with youth and adult volunteers in a team setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-school and after-school sessions using evidence-based curricula with fidelity.
• Conduct intakes and assessments, identify student needs, and link to services.
• Administer evaluation tools and collect program data.
