CALEX SPORTS INC in Los Altos is seeking part-time youth coaches to run after-school sessions for ages 5-10, typically one class per day (~1 hour) with the potential for an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. Sessions occur Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, at multiple Bay Area schools.

Pay ranges from $50-$65 per session, and equipment is provided. You will manage 8-16 students, use provided lesson plans, take attendance, and communicate with parents and school staff.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 19+ years old at application.
• Must live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctual.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload on our website and introduce your experience in sports.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.

Aufgaben

• Teach classes for students ages 5-10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8-16 students) and maintain a positive environment.

• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
