Join Endeavor Schools as an Afterschool Teacher at Montessori Academy on the Ranch in Ladera Ranch, CA! This part-time role (Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm) focuses on creating a supportive and safe learning environment for children while implementing age-appropriate activities.

Starting pay

Hourly $17.00-$21.00, depending on education and experience.

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
• Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
• 12 Child Development Units – Required by the State of California
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position
