Endeavor Schools’ Montessori Academy on the Ranch in California is hiring an Apprentice Teacher. You will assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during activities to ensure a safe, positive environment.

The role welcomes candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least six Child Development Units; six more to complete within six months. Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour, with benefits and career development opportunities.

As a condition of your employment, you must have completed at least six qualifying units before your start date and be actively enrolled to complete the remaining six units. You must successfully complete all 12 required units within six months of your hire date.

Upon completion of all 12 units and the receipt and verification of your official transcripts, you will be eligible to receive a one-time bonus of $1,500, less applicable taxes and withholdings. The bonus will be paid within 90 days of transcript verification, provided you remain actively employed and in good standing on the payment date.

Starting pay: Hourly $17.00-$19.00, depending on experience and education.

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
• Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
• 6 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
