Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking an Afterschool Site Coordinator to lead an afterschool program at a Provo Elementary Site or Spanish Fork Site. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety, and foster academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.

You will recruit and mentor staff, build community partnerships, and oversee budgeting and attendance data to run the site efficiently. Join our team to empower youth with quality programs and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.


• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.


• Certifications: CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).


• Drive: Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience:

Working with youth (ages 5-18), supervising staff/volunteers, and proficiency with Google Suite.
