Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring for part-time ABA roles providing in-home services to children with Autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing skill-building plans and recording progress in real time.

No prior experience is required as full training is offered; the role suits individuals seeking entry into psychology or education fields and offers flexible schedules with behavioral health impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
