Job summary

heartlandbehavior seeks compassionate teammates to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support independence and positive behaviors.

No experience is required; part-time roles with full training are available, making it an ideal entry point into ABA and psychology for students or others passionate about helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
  • Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision of clinical team.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices or logs.
  • Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
  • Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
