Job summary

Home Work Staffing is seeking a dependable, long-term part-time nanny in Madison, NJ for two children (9-year-old and 13-year-old). The role focuses on afternoon coverage, including school pickup, driving to activities, cooking, laundry, and keeping the home organized. Vehicle provided and on-site parking available.

Must have CPR/First Aid certification and provide 3–5 professional references. The position requires availability Monday–Friday, 2:00–6:00 PM, with guaranteed 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience caring for school-age children and/or teens.
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving the family’s vehicle.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Long-term commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

• Daily school pickup and safe transportation to activities.
• Homework support and keeping children organized with assignments.
• Cooking and meal prep for children and family.
• Family laundry.
• Unloading the dishwasher and tidying to keep the home organized.
• Encouraging screen-free activities and independence.
• Clear, consistent communication with parents about daily activities.
