Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or facilitating group activities with students.
• Must meet school age program requirements and safety protocols.
• Educational coursework in youth development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead structured activities in a specialty area with a Group Leader.
• Maintain safety and positive behavior management during activities.
• Submit lesson plans and material requests by deadlines.
• Assist with activities led by specialists or colleagues, as needed.
• Supervise participants and verify identity before dismissal to guardians.
