Job summary

Launch (Formerly CDSA) is seeking Enrichment Teachers for afterschool hours to create a safe, caring, and enriching atmosphere for school-age children. You will run developmentally appropriate activities and align them with identified academic and development domains.

Responsibilities include delivering a structured curriculum, supporting children's growth, and collaborating with a team to ensure a high-quality afterschool experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of working with school age children.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring environment that is academically and socially enriching for school-age children.
• Ensure curriculum and activities are developmentally appropriate and meet identified academic and development domains.
