Job summary

The Youth Academic Professional at Lincoln Elementary School in Wauwatosa, WI supports afterschool enrichment for 4K–5th grade, working up to 29 hours per week. Under the Club Manager, you deliver structured activities and help create safe, engaging learning environments every day.

You arrive prepared, follow the schedule, use BGCA curricula, build relationships with youth and families, and uphold high standards of professionalism, safety, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate structured activities aligned to BGCA's program model and core areas.
• Deliver programming incorporating BGCA's Five Key Elements of Positive Youth Development.
• Follow the daily schedule; arrive on time and prepared for each session.
• Use BGCA resources and approved curricula to plan and document sessions.
• Adapt activities for youth in 4K–5th grade.
