Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and teach all after-school programming.
• Attend required staff training (26 hours).
• Organize and facilitate all after-school service projects and events.
• Implement daily schedules that support educational and recreational needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students.
• Address behavioral issues with the Site Specialist.
• Maintain attendance records and program evaluations.
• Support the civil rights mandate of Utah State University Extension.
