Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Lansing, MI is hiring afterschool care staff to support children with autism in home and community settings. Shift 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with pay starting at $20/hour.

You will provide one-on-one therapy, track progress with families, travel locally between client homes, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver evidence-based care. Paid training and a variety of bonuses are offered to support growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

You’ll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence‑based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour!
