Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking after-school care staff to work with children with autism in home and community settings. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy aligned with individualized treatment plans, with travel to client homes and community sites.

You will join a supportive team and participate in paid orientation, training, and bonuses. Evening availability is required, and starting pay is around $20/hour with occasional bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Join Rebound Therapies, a home & community‑focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. We are expanding in St. Joseph, MI! You’ll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence‑based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour!
