Encompass Care LLC is seeking a caring, dependable team member for part-time before and after school care in Muskego, Wisconsin. Hours are 7:30am-9:30am and 4:15pm-6:15pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on safety, engagement, and positive family interactions.

The role emphasizes supervising groups of children, delivering age-appropriate activities, and maintaining organization and communication with parents and staff in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in school, childcare, recreation, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, attentive, and organized in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled part-time hours.
• Able to supervise groups with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during before and after school care programs.
• Support a safe, welcoming, and organized environment.
• Lead age-appropriate activities, games, and enrichment opportunities.
• Assist with arrival, dismissal, transitions, and daily routines.
• Encourage positive behavior and respectful interactions.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and children.
• Follow all safety procedures, site policies, and program guidelines.
• Help maintain clean and orderly program spaces.
