Job summary

Rebound Therapies is expanding in the Midland, MI area and is seeking afterschool care staff to support children with autism and related needs in Muskegon and Norton Shores. You will work efectively one-on-one with families, following individualized treatment plans and tracking progress while traveling to client homes and community sites.

Starting pay is $20/hour, with potential bonuses and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
