Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Sturgis and surrounding areas is seeking afterschool care staff to support children with autism from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will provide one-on-one therapy per individualized plans and travel to client homes with reimbursed drive time.

Qualifications

• Reliable and compassionate; ready to learn.
• Willingness to work afternoon/evening hours and travel locally.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in relevant field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized plans.
• Track progress and share updates with families.
• Travel to client homes and community sites; drive time reimbursed.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
