Job summary

ABL Wholesale Distributors in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to oversee afternoon operations. This full-time role reports to the Warehouse Shift Supervisor and requires hands-on leadership during the 1pm–9:30pm shift (Sunday–Thursday).

You will guide team members, ensure policy compliance, manage inventory and warehouse processes, and coordinate with drivers and IT equipment. A HS diploma, 2 years of leadership experience and 3 years in warehousing are expected, plus a valid license and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, guidance and assistance to the team during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training of new team members and drivers.
• Oversee warehouse receiving, stocking, picking, loading and shipping processes.
