Job summary

Penske Logistics in Wilmer, TX is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety-conscious, team-oriented environment. The role offers a starting pay of $18 per hour with a $1 shift differential, and a Sunday to Wednesday 3pm-shift schedule.

Qualifications

No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work overtime and in non-climate-controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

Proficient in mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming surfaces.
Empties trash bins and cleans trash area daily; operates trash compactor when applicable.
Pulls pallets and cleans/scrubs product bays on a rotating basis.
Clean up spills and determine disposal per safety standards.
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport items.
Complies with all safety requirements and reports issues to supervisor.
Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
