Job summary

Rio Grande Co. is seeking a non-supervisory warehouse associate for the afternoon shift in Denver, CO. You will load “will call” customers and unload steel, rebar, and other construction materials, while supporting various warehouse duties and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and loading shipments, moving items with a forklift, assisting customers, and reporting shortages or damaged goods. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load shipments and verify materials.
• Operate forklift to move parts and materials.
• Assist customers and load delivery trucks.
• Stock materials and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Report shortages, overages, or damaged materials to leadership.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet warehouse goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
