LKQ Corporation is hiring for a warehouse associate in Buffalo, NY. Earn $19.00 per hour and enjoy competitive benefits. Work Monday–Friday evenings, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, performing duties such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping stock.

You will operate manual or powered equipment and keep work areas clean and safe. Candidates with up to 1 year of warehouse experience and a high school diploma are encouraged to apply. Some PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 1 year of related warehouse experience.
• Experience with PIT equipment (forklift/order picker) preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store inbound product in designated locations.
• Pick and pull correct products and deliver to staging area or delivery truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment to move stock in the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks and shelves.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of work areas.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Essential Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time.The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
