Job summary

Chick-fil-A restaurant team member role focusing on guest service, teamwork and a servant’s heart. This part-time position offers cross-training in Front of House and Back of House, with opportunities to lead shifts as you gain experience.

Candidates should bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for superior hospitality. You will work in a fast-paced environment, learn food safety, and contribute to a welcoming, people-centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to be cross-trained and work in Front of House and Back of House to support restaurant operations.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers and finalize day records as needed.
• Communicate effectively and work with team to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle, prepare, cook and store food according to Chick-fil-A standards and safety procedures.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies and safety/hospitality standards.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Willingness to be cross-trained and work in both Front of House and Back of House positions to support overall restaurant operations
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members to support efficient restaurant operations
• Properly handle, prepare, cook and store food according to Chick-fil-A standards and established food safety procedures
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and restaurant expectations related to food safety, workplace safety, hospitality, and operational excellence
