Job summary

Primrose School of Long Grove in Long Grove, IL is seeking an Afternoon Support Team member for 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. You will assist with cleaning classrooms, laundry, and kitchen duties while supporting teachers and families as children are picked up.

You’ll collaborate with the chef to close the kitchen, communicate with parents and staff, and contribute to a warm, safe learning environment where young children thrive.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children and families as they head home at the end of the day.
• Keep the kitchen clean, work with the chef, and wash dishes.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Wash, fold and manage laundry on a daily basis.
• Assist teachers as they clean and prepare classrooms for the following day.

As a part of our Support Team, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you help support the needs of our student and teachers. You will work with our Chef to close the kitchen at the end of the day.
