Cranfield Academy Morrisville, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking an Afternoon Support Childcare Teacher to join our team. The role runs 3:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, supporting teachers across classrooms to foster a positive, engaging learning environment for children.

The ideal candidate loves working with children, with a High School Diploma or Equivalent and NC Early Childhood Credential preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• North Carolina Early Childhood Credential EDU 119 or equivalent.
• 1+ years working with children.
• Must meet State minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Monitor children’s progress and development.
