Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. You will receive, store, and distribute material within the distribution center, using forklifts and RF scanners to track inventory.

The role requires a minimum of one year in a warehouse setting, with preferred experience operating powered industrial equipment and ability to communicate with internal customers. This is a full-time, on-site position with safety and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a distribution center or warehouse (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers).
• Ability to communicate with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe working practices and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Read schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Operate forklift and move stock to proper locations, including overhead areas.
• Record and rotate product; manage perishable items in refrigerated rooms.
• Use RF units to record and track product.
• Maintain attendance and safety, protect confidential information.
