Qualifikationen

• Able to pass state competency examination within 120 days of employment.

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
• Respond promptly to call lights and changes in condition; report observations to licensed staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity, while ensuring safety.
