Transformational Education Adventure (T.E.A.) Center in McLean, VA is seeking a School Van Driver to join a growing, caring child care team. You’ll help children start and end their days with a smile while supporting a positive, fun environment.

Responsibilities include safely transporting children (within 3 miles) in a 15-passenger van, supervising a small group, maintaining safety and record-keeping, and attending staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop off children (within 3 miles) using a 15-passenger van.
• Supervise and engage with children in the program.
• Monitor children to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
• Manage a small group of 10–15 children at a time.
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass all background checks.
• Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Participate in staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed.
