Qualifikationen

• Active unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs and charge nurses.
• Provide individualized nursing care according to each resident's plan of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Maintain consistent communication with on-call providers.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and monitor patient progress.
• Document nursing care, medications, and vital signs.
• Support residents' emotional well-being and prepare for discharge.
