Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their hardware needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions.

• Operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Balance the cash drawer at shift end.
• Scan items and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Process returns, refunds, and complaints.
• Bag and wrap purchases for transport.
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Assist with loading products into customer vehicles.
