Job summary

House of Hearts ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. Must have an active RBT certification or be pursuing certification. This is an AFTERNOON position supporting families and children with compassion and teamwork.

The role offers 15–25 hours/week, with cases from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and a pay range of $25–$35/hour. Benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• After-school availability 3:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Love for working with children and caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using company systems and reports.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child development.
