Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a production operator for our NJ facility. The role involves transferring semi-finish product between vessels, adding dry and liquid materials to blenders, and maintaining accurate labeling and batch records.

You will work with aggressive production targets, follow batch sheets, and participate in quality sampling and safety trainings. The position requires forklift certification, basic math, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Chemical aptitude and experience with batching.

Responsibilities

• Transfer semi-finish product from main vessel to tote run tank.
• Add dry and liquid materials into blenders.
• Label tanks, totes and samples accurately.
• Operate multiple blenders and manage additions.
• Follow batch sheets and sign off on each step (FDA required).
• Submit samples to Quality Department for approval.
• Manage bulk liquid and dry inventory using WMS.
