Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to support child care centers with daily care and development activities. The role emphasizes following licensing guidelines and engaging with children in a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 12:00 pm to closing hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Engage with children and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
