Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing is seeking an Afternoon Part-time Porter to help maintain the appearance of our new and used inventory and support dealership operations. The role involves cleaning vehicles, replenishing fluids, tagging and organizing lots, and assisting with daily tasks on a fast-paced showroom floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and instructions.
• Clear and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains vehicle appearance for new and used inventory by cleaning interior and exterior and replenishing fluids.
• Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keeps lots neat and orderly and moves cars as directed by management.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks.
• Drives vehicles to service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Makes key tags and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Cleans driveway and sidewalks
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
