Ludlow Public Schools is seeking a Part-Time Para Educator for East Street School in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Position is 15 hours per week, afternoon shifts, during the school year.

Requirements include an Associate degree (or state/federal equivalents) and experience working with students with social, emotional, or behavioral needs. Reports to the SPED department. Salary within the per para educator contract: $22.17–$31.33 per hour, with actual pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or meets federal and state requirements.
• Experience working with students with social, emotional and/or behavioral needs required.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Support instructional activities as a Para Educator.
• Assist students with social, emotional, and/or behavioral needs.
• Provide afternoon assistance for 15 hours per week during the school year.
