Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or military service record.
• Must have a valid PERC or be willing to apply.
• Must have a 20-hour training certificate or complete within 30 days.
• All applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Maintain an impeccable image and grooming standards.
• Must have mature demeanor and professional attitude.
• Strong customer service and public relations skills; interact well with diverse people.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal).
• Basic computer knowledge; willing to use Access Control software.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understands and maintains post instructions for assigned post and shift.
• Maintain knowledge of additional and emergency post instructions as called for by client.
• Maintain access control procedures set by management.
• Utilize access control, visitor management and CCTV systems as needed.
• Document and report any property damage and special occurrences.
• Respond to incidents and document the event with accuracy.
• Greet residents and visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Sign in/out all guests and vendors.
• Log incoming packages using trained computer software.
• Provide excellent customer service and public relations; maintain impeccable image.
