Job summary

The Ziegenfelder Company in Lockhart, TX is seeking an Afternoon Shift Line Worker to support our production of frozen novelties. You will be responsible for packaging, sealing, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $16.75 per hour with a 40-hour week and set days off. Benefits begin after 60 days of employment, including 401(k) with company matching and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Place sealed individual units into packaging and ensure proper sealing.
• Repackage products that are improperly sealed or coded.
• Dispose of scrap products and raw materials appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with all federal, state, local, and company environmental, health, and safety policies.
