Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in‑home and clinic ABA therapy across North Carolina. You will work one‑on‑one with children under BCBA supervision to promote communication, daily living, and social skills in familiar environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40‑hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• TRICARE certification (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence‑based ABA strategies.
