Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is hiring for a pediatric home health nurse in Tiff, MO. You will provide 1:1 care to a child with a G-tube, including ventilator and trach support, in the home setting. Training is provided and no prior pediatric home-care experience is required.

The role offers evenings/nights, with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000 for full-time night shifts, plus shift differentials on nights and weekends and 24/7 team support to help you grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required or best if held; pediatric experience not required but a plus.
• Specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care provided; no prior pediatric home-care experience needed.
• 24/7 support from the team; strong teamwork and willingness to learn welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care in the patient’s home.
• Assist with vent, trach, and G-tube care as part of daily nursing duties.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, consistent care across shifts.

• Client Specifics: 6 year old with a G-tube
• Sign On Bonus up to $4,000 for Full Time Nights
• Shift Differentials of $2 for Nights & $2 for Weekends
