Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking qualified nurses to deliver 1:1 pediatric home health care in Topeka, KS. Roles include RN/LPN positions with full-time, part-time and PRN schedules; shifts cover days, nights, evenings and weekends for children aged 1–21 with trachs, vents, and g-tubes.

We provide specialized training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, plus 24/7 support from a dedicated team. Sign-on bonus up to $4,000 for full-time night shifts and helpful shift differentials are

• No prior pediatric home care experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Care for children ages 1–21 with trachs, vents and g-tubes in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate 1:1 pediatric home health care in patient homes.
• Follow care plans, operate ventilators, trachs and feeding tubes as trained.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to support daily living.
